The Company’s Code of Conduct, as approved by the Board, is applicable to all directors, officers, and employees/contractors of Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. In conjunction with the adoption of the Code, Polaris Renewable Energy established a whistleblower helpline the Polaris Ethics Helpline, a channel of communication to report concerns arising from items outlined in the Code of Conduct and any of the corporate policies on a confidential or anonymous basis.
